The Full-Service Phases

Choose Your Space

Begin by selecting the space, or spaces, you would like us to design. From there, choose the package option that best suits your needs: either our fixed-rate or flexible-rate offering.

Schedule a Consultation

Next, you'll set up your initial consultation so we can discuss your project.  We'll cover each aspect of your project and determine how to best move forward.

Complete a Brief Questionnaire

Once you've scheduled your consultation, we'll email you a link to complete a brief online questionnaire.  This helps better prepare us for our consultation - getting to know you, your style, and how you envision your new space(s).  â€‹

Sign Agreement

After your consultation, we'll email you an Agreement requesting your electronic signature.  This Agreement outlines the full scope of your project, the estimated cost, and your retainer payment schedule.  â€‹

Make First Retainer Payment

Immediately upon signing your Agreement,  you'll be emailed an invoice requesting that you make your first payment.

Review + Revisions

Shortly after signing your Agreement and receiving your first payment, we get to work and you get your first peek at your design concept.  We’ll send you the first drafts of your inspiration and design boards, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback.  We’ll then move onto developing Construction Documents, to include a semi-realistic 3D model.  Close collaboration during this phase allows us to remain fully attuned to your design concept, ensuring each decision reflects your goals with clarity and intention.

Shopping List Approval

Once all revisions are finalized, we’ll move into the final step in this phase - the curated shopping list. You’ll have the opportunity to review, modify, and approve the selection of items featured in your design concept.  Upon approval, we will begin acting as your personal shopper (purchasing agent).  The involves sending you an invoice requesting payment for the items on your list prior to us beginning any purchasing.

Make Second Retainer Payment

With revisions finalized and the shopping list approved, Phase 2 is officially complete. Next, you'll receive an invoice for your second retainer payment.

Presentation

Your completed Case for Design   concept complete will be finalized and delivered it in a beautifully organized presentation straight to your inbox.   The detailed designer notes featured in your presentation are intended to keep you informed and to guide collaboration with contractors and allied professionals - ensuring a clear, seamless, and successful process.

Project Management + Design Implementation

This marks the beginning of bringing your design to life, where we manage your project from beginning to end. Your budget is confirmed, timelines established, contractors are brought on board, consultations with allied professionals are completed, purchases are made, and deliveries, installations, and site visits are scheduled.

Make Final Payment

After your project has been implemented and completed, you'll receive an email with your final invoice. This will prompt you to submit your remaining payment and officially wrap up your project.

Full-Service Pricing

Our pricing for full-service design is based on the complexity and functional demands of each space—not solely its square footage. A small waiting room with custom millwork, layered lighting, and elevated finishes may require more design time and coordination than a larger, hotel lobby or guest suite.

That’s why we focus on the function level—how the space is used, the level of detail involved, and the number of design elements that need to work together seamlessly. This approach ensures fairness, transparency, and alignment with the true scope of your project.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

Every detail handled. Every step guided. Every space transformed.

What You Get

TM

Building your Full-Service Case for Design

COMMUNICATION

You can expect open, ongoing communication throughout your project.  We keep you informed with regular updates, visuals, and progress photos.

INSPIRATION BOARD

An inspiration board, or mood board, is a representation capturing the essence of your design concept. The images are a collection of ideas exploring the potential direction of your design concept.

DESIGN BOARD

This board serves as a cohesive roadmap, harmonizing creativity with your specific preferences. It encapsulates the overall aesthetic that the final room design will embody with curated images of color, fixtures, finishes, furniture, and accessories.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Our construction documents are developed to serve as your design roadmap - clear, approachable, and tailored to help you grasp the layout and placement of key elements like cabinetry, wall treatments, art, accessories, fixtures, and built-ins. While not a substitute for architectural or engineering drawings, they do bridge the gap, offering a practical guide to understanding your space and making informed decisions. Explore detailed descriptions of each document featured on our Design Defined page.

3D SEMI-REALISTIC MODEL RENDERINGS

Paired with your Construction Documents, our digital renderings bring your space to life through vivid, three-dimensional imagery. You’ll see how lighting, textures, and materials interact—creating a detailed, immersive experience. These visuals are a powerful tool to help you feel confident in your design decisions, from layout to color to finishing touches.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Implementation of your design concept involves several steps: phases of a design project—from concept to completion. It blends creative vision with logistical precision to ensure that every detail aligns with the client’s goals, budget, and timeline. This includes managing client communication, sourcing materials, coordinating contractors, tracking progress, and resolving issues—all while maintaining design integrity and a seamless experience. It’s where artistry meets accountability.

BUDGET

As the project progresses, the budget is continuously assessed and fine-tuned to reflect current priorities.  This includes scope changes and change orders.

HIRING AND COORDINATING TRADES

We guide you through selecting trusted contractors and manage their scheduling to keep your project running smoothly.  We are also involved in coordinating allied professionals that may be required for your project, such as architects and engineers.

PROCUREMENT

We manage the full procurement journey—from sourcing and vendor selection to order placement, delivery coordination, and inspection. We ensure every item is specified accurately, resolve any issues that arise, and oversee installation and styling to bring your design to life exactly as envisioned.

SITE VISITS

These are essential for ensuring that every detail is executed with accuracy and cohesion. But they’re far more than a checklist—they’re a safeguard for the integrity of your design and a proactive way to address challenges before they become costly or disruptive. Visit our Design Defined page for a comprehensive look at everything our site visits cover.

PROJECT CLOSEOUT

Once all punch list items are resolved, we move into final project wrap-up:

  • Issue the final invoice

  • Provide product warranties and care guides for your reference

  • Review the completed scope and deliverables against our original Agreement

  • Confirm your approval and satisfaction with the finished space

  • Address any remaining questions to ensure a confident and complete closeout

POST-PROJECT SUPPORT

While your project may be complete, our partnership doesn’t end here. We're always just a message away—ready to offer guidance, answer questions, or support your next steps whenever you need us, for as long as you need us.

Optional Add-on Service
