Allowing us to be your personal shopper streamlines the entire process.  We'll handle navigating sales, discounts, and promotions as well as the actual purchasing and scheduling deliveries so you can focus on other priorities.

 

This option is included as part of both the Hybrid and Full-Service design packages.

Our Role as your Personal Shopper

We will act as your personal shopper (a.k.a., shopping list purchasing agent) purchasing merchandise on your behalf as featured in your Case for Design    design concept and listed on your shopping list. Some items contain affiliate links, meaning we get a commission if you decide to make a purchase at no cost to you.

​The Process

​

  1. You will receive for signature an Agreement allowing us to act as your personal shopper.

  2. We will then prepare a purchase order for your review and approval. 

  3. Upon approval, you will receive an invoice for the full amount of the purchase order.  

  4. Upon receiving payment, we will immediately place the orders for merchandise and arrange for delivery. 

  5. You will be informed of progress as well as any problems should they arise.

  6. Completion of this process occurs when all orders for merchandise have been successfully purchased and delivered.
