After purchasing land along the shore of their favorite lake, our clients invited us to help shape the next chapter of their lives. With plans to downsize from their current home, they envisioned a retirement retreat that offered space for visiting family, hobbies, and breathtaking lake views from every room.
Together, we crafted a conceptual floor plan tailored to their lifestyle - balancing comfort, functionality, and connection to the natural surroundings. Once finalized, the plan was handed off to their contractor who began preparing build estimates to bring the vision to life.
