Nestled along the stunning shoreline of Frenchman’s Bay near Acadia National Park in Maine, this multi-level waterfront project was envisioned as a legacy retreat for family gatherings and future generations. Our scope included comprehensive space planning and exterior design concepts, crafted for presentation to the builder during the quoting phase.

The clients sought a vacation-meets-retirement haven with open-concept living at its heart—balanced by intimate alcoves for quiet reflection and remote work. They requested creative solutions for additional sleeping areas, expansive picture windows to frame the bay’s breathtaking views, and generous outdoor living spaces designed for relaxation and connection with nature.
