Commissioning 3D Photorealistic Model Renderings

Photo-Realistic 3-D Model Renderings are highly detailed life-like images using computer software to illustrate as accurately as possible what your completed space will look like. This includes creating natural and artificial lighting, shadows, and textures. However, as these renderings are artificial visualizations, they will vary in comparison to the finished product specifically with color, as color is viewed differently depending on the light and time of day.

This service is sub-contracted to a third party and therefore is charged at a different rate than ours.

The Process

You will receive for signature an Agreement requesting 3D photorealistic model renderings.
We will provide you with an estimate of their fee for service, plus our management fee for approval.
Upon approval, we will immediately commission the model 3D photorealistic model renderings.
You will be informed of progress as well as any problems should they arise.
The final rendering will be delivered to you electronically. If you would like paper copies, we will provide a quote for the cost of this service upon request.
